Has anyone here ever gone to Rowe Camp in northern Mass?

If so, how did you like it?
What were your favorite/least favorite parts?
Would you recommend going as a senior who has just graduated?
And what is an average day like at the camp?

Thanks a million!!!!

dude, babe, i did rowe camp.

for like... 4 years. granted this was when i was in 4th-7th grade, but STILL.

the campsite is BEAUTIFUL. full of stories and fun and nonsense, the dining hall is the shit, meals are more fun than you can imagine with all those campy meal chants.

i know all about the high school program. at the time my problem was that people would be lazy and not go to activities if they didn't want to, so they wouldn't and would sleep in through breakfast or whatnot, and it made me sad. now i'd probably appreciate that and i'm more independent, as are you.

the point is, i don't know about the age thing, i just don't know the ages for the camps, but it's a wonderful place and i think you'd have a great time.

I went for the first time this past summer, it was really great. The campus is gorgeous, the food is amazing (there is plenty of vegan meals and it's all mostly vegitarian), and it's pretty much a great time. You would be one of the older kids at the camp, but at Sr. Hi. there are graduated highschool seniors. And average day starts at 2:30 in the afternoon, has workshops, dinner, evening activies, chapel, check in, late night workshops, and ends for most at 3:00 or 4:00am. It's definetly a chilled out and laid back camp, but there's also tons of energy.

IM me at ktfcb23 if you want to talk! :)

wow, rowe is soooooooo amazing. i have gone for the past four summers and i want to go for the rest of my life. senior high (where you would be) was so awesome. if you are into freedom and not a lot of rules, it is the place to be. of course there are organized activities, which are the shit, but you never have to do anything that you dont want to. and, after the first night, cabins are coed and you can sleep wherever you want, which i think is something you should definetly know beforehand. sr hi is a really fun place to grow as a person and get to know who you really are. i hope that helps!
